4 THINGS TO TAKE CARE DURING PREGNANCY:
- Switch to nutrient dense foods
- From 2nd trimester onwards focus more on protein, calcium and iron rich foods
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and foods with MSG (ajinomoto) completely
- Stay active and get regular follow up with your Gynecologist.
FACT: HIGH CAFFEINE INTAKE DURING PREGNANCY can limit fetal growth and cause low birth weight.
ADVISE: Pregnant women are advised to limit their CAFFEINE intake to not more than 2 cup of coffee per day.
