From 2nd trimester onwards focus more on protein, calcium and iron rich foods
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and foods with MSG (ajinomoto) completely
Stay active and get regular follow up with your Gynecologist.
FACT: HIGH CAFFEINE INTAKE DURING PREGNANCY can limit fetal growth and cause low birth weight. ADVISE: Pregnant women are advised to limit their CAFFEINE intake to not more than 2 cup of coffee per day.
